Jack started spinning music while in high
School (a very long time ago!) doing school dances and
Basketball games. He attended Oakland Community College,
RETS Electronics School, Central Michigan University and The
Second City (Improv) Training Center. He was a co-founder of
the ADJA Michigan Chapter and currently serves at its
Vice-president. He has had articles published on the DJ Gold
and Discjockeys.com web sites where he is listed among their
Wedding Experts. He is a regular contributor to National DJ
forums and has attended DJ conferences in Las Vegas, Niagara
Falls and Chicago as well as here in Michigan. In 2007, Jack
received the MIADJA "Award of Excellence" and "TRYBEATS"
Certification. Jack is considered one of the region's best
Wedding DJs among his peers and hundreds of satisfied
clients.
DJ - MC Ren Townsend
Ren is another Veteran DJ / MC who has worked
in the Detroit and Pontiac markets as well as those in
Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Alabama. Known in Club
circles as "DJ Gemini", He has achieved a reputation as one
of the area's premiere "mix-masters". Besides Club and
Mobile DJ work, Ren has also worked in Radio and was a
freelance music promoter for over 20 years working with
various record labels and top entertainers such as
Kenny (Babyface) Edmonds, Pink, Boyz II Men, Deborah Cox,
Angie Stone, Olivia and Busta Rhymes. Born and raised
in a city that is MOTOWN, Music is in the air he breathes
and satisfying his clients is his natural instinct. Ren has

DJ Alex Chouinard
Alex is a recent graduate of Milford High
School where he was very active in Performing Arts,
appearing in a number of productions. He currently attends Central Michigan University
in Mt. Pleasant where he is a member of the on-air staff at
WMHW 91.5 radio. Alex joined JBDJ in 2007 and has served as
Roadie-DJ Assistant - DJ Apprentice and Wedding
Entertainment Coordinator before becoming an Event DJ in
early 2009. He brings fun and enthusiasm to each and every
event! Watch for Alex at an party near you soon!
Behind the Scenes:
Sandy Brown (Jack's
wife) is the friendly voice on the phone whenever you call
JBDJ's office. She is happy to provide information and
advise to all of our clients and prospective clients. Sandy
handles our administration, scheduling, accounting and runs the office.
